terms and conditions

Please read the following carefully if you are interested in commissioning me. You must agree to all the listed terms before working with me.Permissions
- My commissions are intended for personal use ONLY and must be credited to me when used. I do not consent to my art being used for commercial gain (ex: merch sales, streaming assets, etc.), for cryptocurrency/blockchain, or to be minted as an NFT. I will not allow my work to be used to train AI bots or generators.
- Your commission will include a signature watermark to distinguish that it is my work. Do not crop or remove this watermark if you plan on sharing your commission across various platforms.
- I may post commissioned artwork to my socials occasionally. If you would not like your art to be shared in this manner, please let me know before I finish your commission.Payments
- Prices are in USD and will be processed through PayPal invoice or Ko-fi (which will redirect the client to a PayPal interface for completion of sale).
- Payment must be provided upfront before I can begin work on your commission.
- If you wish to cancel your commission, you must notify me as soon as possible via one of the contact options provided. If the commission has been worked on past the initial sketch/WIP approval, only a 50% refund will be provided.
- If I find myself unable to complete your request due to extenuating circumstances on my behalf, a full refund will be provided for your purchase.Communication
- I will send you a sketch (or sometimes multiple) for approval in the beginning of the commission process so that you can let me know if you like the way your character and the pose is looking so far.
- Requests for adjustments/revisions/fixes are only allowed after the initial sketch is sent for approval. After you approve the sketch, I will proceed to completing the piece and will not alter anything not agreed upon during sketch approval unless I have missed an important character detail by accident.
- I have the right to decline any request that does not comply with my terms of service, makes me uncomfortable, or may not match my current skill level.
- If you require your art for a deadline, such as for a holiday or birthday gift, please let me know when you fill out your request form.
- Additional progress updates may be provided upon request.* Please note: I will not send any progress updates on your commission if you select my Pay What You Want option on Ko-fi, nor will I make any revisions. This is industry standard for that type of commission service.

i will draw:

- Character fanart from anime, manga, video games, etc.
- Original characters (humanoid)
- FFXIV + TTRPG characters
- Furry / anthro characters (mammal ONLY)

i will not draw:

- NSFW art
- Mechanical designs
- Gore / violence or body horror
- Problematic themes such as non-consent, incest, pedophilia, or bigotry
- Non-mammal furry / anthro designs (such as birds, reptiles, fish, etc.)

misc. questions & answers

when did you start drawing? i've always enjoyed drawing as a kid, but it wasn't until my junior year in college that i really started to take art more seriously by trying to learn how to draw my favorite characters.

can i use your art as my icon/header? please do! i'm honored that you would want to display my work on your profile. just please don't forget to credit me in your bio somewhere!

what do you use to create digital art? my tablet is a huion inspiroy dial Q620M. in terms of programs, i draw all my art in clip studio paint (CSP).

do you draw traditionally as well? i do! that being said, i feel more comfortable rendering commission services digitally because i am more comfortable in the medium and can more easily do away with mistakes.

why will you not draw ___? honestly, most of the things i won't draw are due to lack of experience and my lack of desire to do so. i ask that you please understand and respect my boundaries on those things!

that's o'ivur hee, my warrior of light in final fantasy xiv! while i do draw other things (and really want to so that i can improve), ffxiv is my biggest hyperfixation right now - and it's all thanks to this guy! i'm very endeared to him, and i love drawing other people's ffxiv OCs too ♥
